A1. This will depend on what is wrong with the PC, it will also depend on how slow/fast a PC is, a slower PC will take longer to act on instructions which can slow the repair process down. But we will have your computer back to you as soon as we can. If you have taken out one of our unlimited offers your PC/laptop will take priority over other machines, which may speed up the return of your PC/laptop
A2. You may have heard reports from on the news that computer repairs company's have been accessing people private data i.e. bank account details, passwords, photo etc. Peoples privacy is as important to us as to you. We respect all data that is held on our customers PC/laptops and DO NOT pry into what is yours. You computer has come in to be fixed, this is our aim and does not include looking into your files.
A3. No catch. We will repair your PC/laptop and return it to you as fast as we can. It is advisable for you to save any personal data as we do charge to recovery/move data.
A4. We charge a fix rate of £30.00 for the 1st hour and £7.50 for each hour thereafter
A5. This will all depend on what parts your are replacing prices change quite quickly, so a price one day may be different in 5 days time. However if you have opted for one of the Unlimited packages you can be assured your parts are replaced at cost.
A6. Yes we can. Provided the hard drive can still be read and no one has attempted to write over the part of the drive that holds the data.
A7. We do offer a local collect and return policy, there is a charge for this normally around the £10.00 mark. We also have a local courier whom can collect for those further a field.
